TMJ dysfunction is a therapeutic challenge in the oral and maxillofacial clinic. Materials Methods A Total Of 60 Subjects Suffering From Tmj Disc Disorders Were Selected And Treated By Arthrocentesis. The Followed Up For Period Two Year. Results mean maximal mouth opening prior arthro-centesis 30.10 mm after procedure 45.3 mm. right left lateral movements before were 6.15mm 6.59mm respectively, 9.09 9.21 respectively present procedure. degree 7.7, 1.03 per visual analogue scale.
